How to compare the lists
Motivated sellers counts unique properties with multiple signals. Foreclosure and lien lists count records; one property can have more than one filing. A property may appear in several categories, so these counts are not added together.
The publication date belongs to the list, not the filing or the listing’s last active day. A category not shown here does not establish that the county has no such records.
