I built LienScraper after years of buying and flipping houses and getting frustrated with the same things most investors run into: expensive monthly software, stale records, bloated platforms, and too much time spent sorting through low-quality leads.
I started with a simple system for myself, focused on fresh public-record data in my local county. That let me concentrate on keeping the information accurate and current, rather than paying for features I didn’t need.
From my county to more markets
I always wanted to make something like that available to other real estate investors, agents, wholesalers and lenders. For a long time, doing it at scale was too difficult and expensive. AI changed that. It made it possible for me to bring the idea beyond my own county.
I’m starting with a handful of states and growing LienScraper market by market. My goal is to eventually cover the country, while keeping the focus on useful, fresh property leads.
The core data will always be free
If you want owner contact information, you only pay for the skip trace because that has a real third-party cost. I don’t want another monthly subscription standing between you and the property records you need.
