Yes. The currently available public-record leads and CSV downloads are free. You can browse published leads without an account, but you must verify your email before downloading a CSV.

Yes. A property sheet can show available property facts, public-record activity, owner information and a Comparative Market Report. The exact details depend on the records available for that address.

Create a free account with your full name and email, then choose up to 10 counties. After you confirm your email address, LienScraper can send newly available leads from those counties. Email frequency varies with county publishing activity.

Yes. Public county lead pages can be browsed without an account where available. A free account with a verified email is required to download CSV files or receive county lead alerts.

No. LienScraper is not a consumer reporting agency, and its data is not a consumer report. Do not use LienScraper data to determine eligibility for credit, lending, employment, housing or tenant screening, insurance, or another purpose regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
