What can I do with an AI agent?
Find available county lists, narrow them by date, review property records and download a CSV. Your assistant can then help you organize the results.
Which leads are available?
Supported county lists in Texas and Florida include property liens, probate, foreclosure filings, lis pendens and divorce-related property records. Availability varies by county. Not every list on the website is available through an agent yet.
Do I need to know how to code?
Not to use a downloaded list. Download a CSV and upload it to an AI tool you trust. A direct connection needs a tool with API integration settings; someone may need to help you set that up.
Can I connect any AI assistant?
Your tool must support a secure API connection. Simply pasting a link into a chat does not connect your account. The API reference has the settings for you or the person helping you.
Is it free?
Current lead access is free with a verified account. Your AI tool may charge separately. Each account allows 60 requests per minute and five CSV export attempts per hour, with up to 10,000 records per file.
What is an API key?
It is a private access code for your tool. Create it in your account and save it in the tool’s secure connection settings—not in a chat message. You choose whether it can download lists or only read them.
Am I in control of access?
Yes. You can turn off a key at any time in your account. Keys expire after 90 days. This connection cannot buy reports, send messages or retrieve owner phone numbers and email addresses. Turning off access does not erase files already downloaded.
