What you’ll do
- Build secure PHP and MySQL features for property research, lead lists, accounts and ordering.
- Turn product requirements into clear, responsive HTML, CSS and JavaScript interfaces.
- Write tests, review production behavior and ship changes with verifiable readbacks.
What we’re looking for
- Strong production experience with PHP, SQL and browser JavaScript.
- Comfort designing APIs, authorization checks and durable background workflows.
- A habit of diagnosing from evidence instead of guessing.
Data Pipeline & Web Scraping Developer

What you’ll do
- Acquire and parse public-record files, websites, APIs, PDFs and document images.
- Build checkpoints, deduplication, manifests, exact accounting and safe retries.
- Match filings, parties, parcels and addresses while preserving uncertain results.
What we’re looking for
- Production Python or Node.js experience with collection and ETL systems.
- Experience with SQL, large datasets, rate limits and failure recovery.
- Careful treatment of provenance, hashes and reproducible output.
QA Automation Engineer

What you’ll do
- Test customer workflows across desktop and mobile, including accounts, lists, reports and ordering.
- Validate data counts, field completeness, matching decisions and production readbacks.
- Create automated regression tests and concise, reproducible defect reports.

- Experience testing web applications, APIs and data-heavy systems.
- Ability to automate browser, API and database checks with appropriate tools.
- Strong written communication and attention to edge cases.
