Look for repeat activity without merging different people

Keep entities separate from individuals, and do not merge common names merely because they share a city or mailing address. Use verified portfolio indicators when they are available.

Make the first message specific

Reference the relevant market or property type and explain why you are contacting the buyer. Ask whether they want opportunities or services like the one you have, and record the answer. Do not expose private identity research or imply that a public filing establishes their current investment plans.
