Look for repeat activity without merging different people

Several purchases in a market can be a stronger buyer signal than one deed, but only after the buyer identity is resolved accurately. Keep entities separate from individuals, and do not merge common names merely because they share a city or mailing address. Use verified portfolio indicators when they are available.

Make the first message specific
